![]() Jams and Spreads11.5 oz. can Frozen White Grape Juice Concentrate 1 tsp Finely Grated Lemon Zest 2 Tbs Chopped Onion 3 cups Fresh or Frozen Blueberries Place all ingredients into a sauce pan and cook on low heat for 25 minutes. If using frozen blueberries, use them straight out of the freezer without thawing. 2 tsp Unflavored Gelatin 1/4 cup Orange Juice 1 3/4 cups Unsweetened Strawberries, mashed 1/2 cup sugar or equivalent of Stevia 1/4 tsp Grated Orange Peel In a small sauce pan, sprinkle gelatin over orange juice; let stand for 1 minute. Cook and stir over medium heat until gelatin is dissolved. Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients. Transfer to a container; cover and refrigerate for 3-4 hours or until firm. Store un the refrigerator. Yields 1 1/4 cups. Serving size equals 2 Tablespoons 16 calories, trace fat, trace saturated fat, 0 cholesterol, 1mg sodium, 3g carbohydrate, 1g fiber, 1g protien.
